About The Grid Debrief

Hello,

I've been a fan of F1 since 1998, and I've finally decided to set some time aside to write about the sport I love.

In my day job I'm a data scientist. This means the articles I write will generally be backed by interesting analysis, helping support my opinions with evidence.

My goal ultimately will be to build a model I can use to both predict the results of a race weekend ahead of time, but also to provide the ability to review each teams strategy and provide alternative views of how a race might have proceeded if different decisions were made.

For now though I will focus on improving my writing and providing interesting analysis. I hope you enjoy the content and consider subscribing!
